Common Membership Questions
Is the membership a contract?
No long-term contract — your plan runs in 12-month renewals and you can cancel any time with 30 days' written notice. Visits scheduled inside the notice window are billed as planned.
Can I switch plans mid-year?
Yes — you can upgrade from Basic to Premium any time. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
What if it rains on my scheduled visit?
We reschedule to the next available slot at no charge. Members get priority on the rescheduled calendar.
Do member discounts stack with other promotions?
The Senior discount and the Referral Program credit can be combined with membership pricing. First-time customer and Bundle discounts are not stackable with the membership rate.
What happens at renewal?
We send a reminder 30 days before renewal with the same pricing. If service usage has changed materially, we'll suggest the right tier.
