Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all estimates, quotes, work orders, and invoices issued by Mister Pressure Wash LLC. By approving an estimate or allowing work to begin, the customer agrees to the terms below. Paver sealing services are also covered by additional, service-specific terms in the second section.

General Terms & Conditions

Applies to all estimates, quotes, work orders, and invoices.

    Acceptance of Service

    By approving an estimate, signing a work order, scheduling service, or allowing work to begin, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

  2. 2

    Payment Terms

    Standard payment terms are Net 15 (15 days from invoice date), unless a different term is stated in writing.

    Payment is due in full by the due date shown on the invoice.

    Accepted payment methods may include ACH, credit/debit card, Zelle, check, or other approved method.

  3. 3

    Late Fees & Past Due Accounts

    Any balance not paid by the due date is considered past due.

    Past due invoices are subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month (or the maximum allowed by law), calculated on the outstanding balance.

    Customer is responsible for applicable collection costs associated with recovering unpaid balances, including reasonable administrative fees.

    Service Pause for Non-Payment

    If an account reaches 45+ days past due, Mister Pressure Wash LLC reserves the right to suspend scheduled cleanings, refuse future work, and/or require full payment before resuming service.

  5. 5

    Deposits, Credit Limits & Card-on-File

    We reserve the right to require any of the following before scheduling service: deposit (partial or full), payment at time of service, card-on-file authorization, or credit limit enforcement for recurring clients or high-volume accounts.

    Disputes & Billing Questions

    Any billing dispute must be submitted in writing within 3 business days of receiving the invoice.

    Disputes do not pause payment obligations for undisputed portions.

    If no dispute is submitted within that window, the invoice is considered accepted.

  7. 7

    Scope of Work & Changes

    Work is performed according to the approved scope listed in the estimate / work order.

    Any additional services requested on-site that are outside the original scope will require approval and may be billed as an add-on.

  8. 8

    Access, Scheduling, and Delays

    Customer is responsible for providing safe and timely access to the work area and ensuring site readiness.

    Delays caused by lack of access may result in rescheduling and/or additional fees.

  9. 9

    Cancellation / Rescheduling

    Same-day cancellations or non-access situations may result in a cancellation fee.

    For recurring clients, repeated cancellations may require prepayment to continue service.

  10. 10

    No Long-Term Contract

    This service arrangement does not require a long-term contract and may be canceled at any time. However, for recurring services, we kindly request a minimum of 30 days’ written notice prior to cancellation to allow for scheduling adjustments and service planning. Any services performed within the 30-day notice period will be billed as scheduled.

    Photos, Reporting & Documentation

    We may take before/after photos or service documentation for quality control, client reporting, and internal recordkeeping.

  12. 12

    Limitation of Liability

    Mister Pressure Wash LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn surfaces, loose materials, or deteriorated conditions.

    Customers acknowledge that some surfaces may show normal aging or staining that cannot be fully removed.

    Legal Enforcement

    If payment is not received and legal action becomes necessary, customer may be responsible for reasonable attorney fees, court costs, and collection fees.

Paver Sealing — Service-Specific Terms

In addition to the General Terms above, the following service-specific terms apply to all paver sealing work.

  1. 1

    Scope of Service

    This service includes cleaning, surface preparation, joint sand applications as needed, and sealing of the paver area.

  2. 2

    Materials

    We use premium Trident materials, known for their high quality, durability, and professional finish.

  3. 3

    Vegetation & Weed Treatment

    As part of the preparation process, we will treat organic growth and weeds with a vegetation killer to help stop future growth. While we remove visible organic buildup, some roots may remain below the surface, and in some cases little weeds or plants may grow back over time.

  4. 4

    One-Year Limited Warranty

    This service includes a one-year limited warranty from the date of completion.

  5. 5

    Warranty Touch-Ups

    If any warranty-related touch-up is needed 8 months after the completion date, the customer will be charged for labor only. Materials will be covered by us.

  6. 6

    Curing Time

    After the sealer is applied, the surface must remain free from vehicle traffic for at least 24 hours to allow proper curing.

  7. 7

    Weather Conditions

    Weather conditions may affect the service schedule. If rain, bad weather, or high moisture conditions occur, the completion of the service may be delayed until conditions are suitable.

  8. 8

    Warranty Exclusions

    This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, heavy traffic areas, standing water, poor drainage, sprinkler damage, shifting pavers, lack of maintenance, or damage caused by chemicals, vehicles, furniture, pets, or other third parties.

  9. 9

    Acceptance

    By approving the estimate or allowing work to begin, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
